Haaaiii sobat, udah tau dan bisa percakapan menangani tamu yang check-in belum? bagi sobat yang belum tau, kita belajar bersama yukk..

Receptionist : " Good morning, welcome to Rumpita Hotel. May i help you?"
Guest            : " Yes, good morning. I'd like a room for this morning."
Receptionist : " Do you have reservation before, sir?"
Guest            : " No, i don't."
Receptionist : " What kind of room could you like, sir?"
Guest            : " What kind of room do you have?"
Receptionist : " We have a standart room, deluxe room, superior room, and suite room."
Guest            : " A deluxe room, please."

Receptionist : " For how long stay in our hotel, sir?"
Guest            : " For 3 nights."
Receptionist : " One moment sir, i will check first."  
                       " Yes, we have a deluxe room for 3 nights."
Guest            : " How much do the deluxe room cost?"
Receptionist : " Deluxe room are us Rp 250.000,00 / night."
Guest            : " Does that include service?"
Receptionist : " No sir, the additional charge is 21% for service and tax."
Guest            : " Do you have a deluxe room a view over looking the swimming pool?"
Receptionist : " One moment sir, i will check first."
                       " Yes, we have a deluxe  room a view over looking the swimming pool."
                       " Would you like to take it, sir?"
Guest            : " Yes, please."
Receptionist : " Please, fill this registration card and this is the pen."
Guest            : " thank you, can you tell me about the deluxe room facilitas?"
Receptionist : " Yes, of course sir."
                       " The facilitas are a one double bed, tv, air conditioning, mini bar, private bath room
                          with bath up."
Guest            : " Finish."
Receptionist : " Thank you sir. I'm sorry, how about the payment?"
Guest            : " I pay by cash."
Receptionist : " Excusme me, could you give me a deposite?"
Guest            : " Oke, i give you Rp 500.000,00 and this is the money."
Receptionist : " Thank you, this is your cash receipt."
                       " Would you like to wait for a moment please.."
Guest            : " Yes, of course. May i know about the hotel facilities?"
Receptionist : " The facilities in our hotel are swimming pool, spa and salon, tenis court, bay lounge,
                          2 restaurant and bar, children playground, 5 ballroom, club 123, and fitnes center."
Guest            : " Thank you for your information."
Receptionist : " Mr. (name) your room number is 8008. Your room rate is Rp 250.000,00. You will
                          stay in our hotel until (date/ month/ year). Our bellboy will escortyou to your room."
                       " Bellboy.."
                       " Please escort Mr. (name) to his room, this is key and guest card."
Receptionist : " If you need some information please contact our receptionist and dial number is 1.
                          Mr. (name) i hope you will have a nice stay with us."
Guest            : " Thank you."
Receptionist : " You're welcome."
Bellboy        : " Are you ready to go to the room now, Mr. (name)?"
Guest           : " Yes, please."
Bellboy        : " This way please.. "
